1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gumble (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Gumble provides simple online utilities such as a pastebin and other tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Your Content

You are solely responsible for content you submit, paste, upload, or otherwise make available via the Service ("User Content"). You represent that you have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) post illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or obscene material; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) distribute malware or engage in security abuses; (e) attempt to bypass or interfere with the Service's operation; or (f) perform high-risk or prohibited activities.

5. Moderation and Removal

We may remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate access, at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to comply with legal obligations. We do not undertake to monitor all content.

6. Data Retention

We automatically delete pastes that are not accessed for 90 days. Empty pastes are not kept. You understand that the Service is not a backup solution and that content may be removed per this policy or for other reasons (e.g., abuse handling or technical issues).

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may display third-party content or advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the property of the site owner and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as explicitly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SITE OWNER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 5,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site owner and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
